Fully Assembled Panoramic Outdoor Sauna

Iglucraft 6-Person Panoramic Iglusauna

The Iglucraft 6-Person Panoramic Iglusauna is a fully assembled outdoor sauna with two rooms, built around a panoramic window that opens the steam room to your surroundings. It is built for long conversations with friends or family, with the outdoors in view from the benches. A changing room sits beside the sauna, and together they give six bathers 147.5 ft² of usable floor. The building is 23.6 ft long and is delivered fully assembled on a flatbed, with its fixtures and furniture in place.

Its name comes from the arched panoramic window in the steam room, and the windows and doors are double-glazed and framed in wood. Outside, the building runs 283.5 in. on a 92.5 in. width and stands 100.4 in. tall, with an 84.25 in. ceiling inside.

The Build

How it works

The Panoramic is built by the same hand method as the rest of the line, around a large arched window and a black PVC floor. The spruce shell and the aspen seating carry over from every other Iglusauna.

The panoramic window
The large arched panoramic window looks out from the steam room, so you watch the view from the bench. Iglucraft double-glaze the windows and doors on the Panoramic and frame them in wood.
Double-Glazed
PVC flooring throughout
Black PVC covers the floor of both rooms, from the changing room through to the sauna benches.
Both Rooms
Triple-layer spruce shingle shell
Over a wooden frame, three layers of spruce shingle run the full 283.5 inches, with two layers of aspen shingle lining the rooms inside. The exterior is treated with Teknos Aqua Primer tinted with a UV-resistant paint pigment.
Triple-Layered Exterior
Aspen benches and sauna wax
Every bench, backrest and footrest is aspen, finished with natural sauna wax. They clean up with a pH 6-8 natural cleaner and a rinse of clean water at least once a year.

Exterior Shell

Spruce shingle across 283.5 inches

Three layers of spruce shingle cover a wooden frame the full length of the building, and the shell needs no additional coating. Shingle is a living material: it expands and shrinks with the climate, and some unpainted surfaces may become visible over time, both of them normal and neither affecting lifespan. Where drying cracks a shingle it still will not leak, because the shingles are triple-layered.

  • Wooden frame construction with three layers of spruce shingles
  • Teknos Aqua Primer treatment with UV-resistant pigment
  • Spare replacement shingles and touch-up paint sent with the sauna

Questions

Frequently asked questions

283.5 in. long, 92.5 in. wide and 100.4 in. tall, or 23.6 feet end to end, the longest building in the Iglusauna line. Inside are two rooms, a changing room and the sauna, with 147.5 ft² of usable floor between them and a rating of up to six bathers. The interior height is 84.25 in., just over seven feet, and the benches, backrests and footrests are aspen finished with natural sauna wax.
Yes. The panoramic window can go in either the relaxation room or the steam room at no additional cost, so tell us which room you want it in when you order.
PVC, throughout both rooms. The Panoramic is the only one of the four Iglusaunas built that way, since the Single, Double and Triple are floored in wood.
The finished two-room building, the Stoveman wood-fired stove at no charge, sauna heater stones, clothing hooks, and spare shingles with touch-up paint. In place of the wood stove, three electric heater packages from Saunum, HUUM and Harvia are available as paid upgrades. The Harvia Club is a 208 VAC three-phase unit rated for commercial use.
No. Each structure integrates all fixtures and furniture, and there is no additional assembly or construction on your part when it arrives. Both rooms, the panoramic window, the benches, the flooring and the shingles are all in place when the building is set down.
A concrete slab is not required. The Panoramic needs a hard, level surface with measures in place to keep moisture away from the structure, and the foundation must support the wooden beams under the floor frame at both ends and in the middle. Four types work: brick blocks on a gravel pad, long beams running perpendicular to the base beams, a pillar foundation, or a full-size level slab in concrete or another hard material. That support runs under a 283.5 x 92.5 in. footprint, with a gross buildable area of 169 ft².
One, and it is electrical. The sauna needs an electrical connection made by a certified electrician, sized to the heater package you choose. The building arrives with a pre-installed door sensor and an exterior electrical box ready for that connection.
Iglucraft, in Estonia, with its head office in Tallinn and production in Viljandi County. Its work was a runner-up in the Dwell 2020 Design Awards. Four finish combinations are offered at one price: Black (Ebony) or Chestnut outside, with a Black (Smoke) or Natural interior.
Iglucraft backs the Panoramic with a 5-year warranty on construction works and a 2-year warranty on all components, and the equipment also carries its own manufacturer's warranty.
