iRESTORE | LED Light Masks
The iRESTORE Illumina Neck & Chest Mask is an LED light mask cut for the neck and the upper chest, carrying 230 LEDs at two wavelengths, 635 nm in the red and 830 nm in the infrared, and running at 41 mW/cm2. A session is 10 minutes, three to five times a week, and the body of the mask is lightweight silicone so it follows the shape it is laid over.
The mask lies across the front of the neck and down onto the upper chest, the area a face mask stops short of, held by adjustable straps while the silicone bends with you through a session. Red at 635 nm and infrared at 830 nm are the two wavelengths built into it, with no blue LED anywhere in the panel.
Power comes from a controller with a modular battery, so the cell lifts out and goes back in as a part. Charging runs over the USB-C cable supplied in the box, which also holds the controller itself, the adjustable straps and a storage pouch.
iRESTORE covers the Illumina Neck & Chest Mask for 1 year from the date of purchase, and the iRESTORE return window on the Illumina masks runs 100 days. It is one of four iRESTORE light masks and the only one shaped for the neck and the chest.
The hardware
Two wavelengths and one output figure make up the whole of this mask, so what a buyer is weighing is the LED count, the area it covers and the 10 minutes it runs for.
01
The Illumina Neck & Chest Mask carries 230 LEDs set into a single silicone panel. They emit at 635 nm in the red and 830 nm in the infrared, and the panel runs at 41 mW/cm2 while a session is going. Nothing aims and nothing tilts, so the LED count and the area the panel covers are what decide how much of you is under light at once.
230 LEDs
02
Two wavelengths are built into this mask and there is no third one to switch to. Red sits at 635 nm and infrared at 830 nm, the same two the Illumina Face Mask carries in its first mode. The blue 415 nm LED that the face mask holds is not in this panel at all, so the neck and chest mask runs the red and the infrared together every time it is switched on.
635 and 830 nm
03
The panel is lightweight silicone, so it sits down onto a curved surface where a rigid panel would bridge across it. The neck and the upper chest are not flat and they move when you swallow or turn your head, and the silicone is what lets the LEDs stay against you while that happens. Adjustable straps hold the panel in position for the 10 minutes.

The controller holds the battery and that battery is modular, so it is a part that comes out and goes back in. Charging runs over the USB-C cable that ships in the box. Nothing else is needed to start a session: the controller sets the mask running and the straps hold it where you put it.

In detail
The panel
The mask is a single silicone panel, light enough to hold in one hand and flexible enough to fold over on itself. A rigid shell would meet the front of the throat and bridge away from the collarbones, and this panel drops onto both. Adjustable straps run from the panel and set how tightly it sits. The controller plugs in at one end and carries the battery.
The emitters
All 230 LEDs are set into the face of the panel that meets you, at 635 nm and 830 nm, and the panel runs at 41 mW/cm2. Two wavelengths and one figure are the whole specification here, so the number that matters most on this mask is the 230 and the area those 230 are spread over. The Illumina Face Mask carries 360 LEDs over the face and the Illumina Eye Mask carries 180 over the eye area, and this panel sits between them on count.
Wearing it
You lay the panel over the neck and the upper chest, set the adjustable straps so it stays put, and run the mask for 10 minutes, three to five times a week. The panel is worn against you and the controller sits at the end of the lead, so the only thing to set before a session is how tight the straps are, and everything goes back into the storage pouch afterwards.
Cover and the box
The warranty term and the return window on this mask are iRESTORE's own, and they are the same two figures that run across the Illumina masks.
iRESTORE covers the Illumina Neck & Chest Mask for 1 year from the date of purchase. The return window on the Illumina masks is 100 days, and iRESTORE asks for the return authorisation to be raised between day 70 and day 100.
The box holds five pieces: the mask, a controller carrying the battery, a USB-C charging cable, adjustable straps and a storage pouch. The battery is modular, so it is a part of the product a buyer can handle instead of a sealed cell. Nothing else is needed to run the first 10 minute session.
The family
The Illumina Neck & Chest Mask is the only one of the four cut for the neck and the upper chest, and it carries its own count. The Illumina Face Mask and the Laser Face Mask Pro both take the whole face and the Illumina Eye Mask takes the eye area, so the four masks cover three areas of the body between them.
A full face LED mask carrying 360 LEDs at 635 nm red, 830 nm infrared and 415 nm blue, in three modes and 10 minute sessions.
A full face mask carrying 800 emitters, 150 laser diodes and 650 LEDs, across eight wavelengths in five modes.
You are here
A neck and chest mask carrying 230 LEDs at 635 nm red and 830 nm infrared, in 10 minute sessions.
An eye mask carrying 180 LEDs at 633 nm red and 830 nm infrared, in three modes and a 5 minute session.
Questions
230 LEDs, set into one silicone panel that covers the neck and the upper chest. They emit at two wavelengths, 635 nm in the red and 830 nm in the infrared.
41 mW/cm2 while the panel is lit, which sits between the Illumina Eye Mask at 32 mW/cm2 and the Illumina Face Mask at up to 60 mW/cm2.
10 minutes, three to five times a week. The panel runs the red and the infrared together for the whole 10 minutes.
Across the front of the neck and down onto the upper chest, held in place by adjustable straps. It is the only one of the four iRESTORE masks shaped for that area.
Lightweight silicone. The panel bends onto a curved surface, so it stays against the throat and the collarbones while you move, and it folds down small enough for the pouch.
No. This panel runs red at 635 nm and infrared at 830 nm. The 415 nm blue LED sits in the Illumina Face Mask, and the Laser Face Mask Pro carries blue as one of its eight wavelengths.
Over the USB-C cable in the box. The battery is modular and lives in the controller, so it comes out as a part and goes back in.
Five pieces: the mask, the controller with its battery, a USB-C charging cable, adjustable straps and a storage pouch.
1 year from the date of purchase, which is the term across the Illumina masks. The Laser Face Mask Pro is the only one of the four with two years on it.
The iRESTORE window on the Illumina masks is 100 days long and it starts at the date of purchase. A return authorisation is raised between day 70 and day 100.
Area, count and wavelengths. This panel runs 230 LEDs at two wavelengths over the neck and chest at a flat 41 mW/cm2. The Illumina Face Mask runs 360 LEDs at three wavelengths over the face, in three modes at 35, 60 and 25 mW/cm2. Both run a 10 minute session and both carry a 1 year warranty.
They are separate products with separate controllers and separate batteries, so each one runs its own session. A buyer who wants the face as well as the neck and chest is buying two masks, and the face options are the Illumina Face Mask and the Laser Face Mask Pro.
