How it works

The LE adds a touch screen remote tablet and a wireless charger set into the armrest to the base Maestro's platform, and shares its recline angles and its system of 32 airbags, where the chair does its work once you are in it.

The LE's remote is a tablet, which is the clearest difference between this chair and the base Maestro. Osaki enlarged the screen so the active function is readable at a glance, and it sits in a magnetic holder that fixes it in place on the armrest. From the screen you pick massage type, intensity, speed and location, and in manual mode you drive each of those on its own. The base Maestro runs a slim LCD remote with four physical buttons at the bottom for recline, incline, auto and home.

A wireless charging pad sits on the hand area, so your phone charges where your hand already rests. The USB outlet at the inner armrest carries over from the base Maestro, which has one too. The recline on the OS-Pro Maestro LE is set out in angles you can measure against your own room. The backrest travels through approximately 128 to 155 degrees and the footrest through approximately 9 to 75 degrees, and between them they set the zero gravity position. Zero gravity is where those two ranges meet, with the seat tipped back far enough to carry your knees above your heart. Your weight spreads along the whole back of the chair, and that is the position where the rollers meet your spine most evenly. Thirty-Two Airbags
Thirty-two bags sit at your shoulders, your arms, your waist and pelvis, and your calves, inflating and releasing in sequence to add compression around the roller work. Everything the LE Shares With the Maestro

Most of the chair is carried over from the base Maestro. The 4D massage mechanism takes 8 levels of adjustment plus 5 strength, 5 intensity and 5 speed settings. A 3D mechanism is the one that sets roller depth once and holds it, where 4D keeps changing that depth as the head travels. The back roller heats as it works, so the warmth travels from your neck to your hamstrings with the stroke. Computerized body scanning maps your neck and back and detects your shoulder height, and you can recalibrate it after the scan. The ottoman runs its own leg scan, extending and retracting until you press with your feet. Deep calf kneading inflates the calf section first and kneads second, with spinning reflexology rollers under your feet, and reflexology is the term for pressure worked into set points on the sole. Eight auto programs and 6 massage styles, zero gravity, a shortcut panel on the inner armrest and Bluetooth speakers in the headrest finish it.

It needs 5 in. of wall clearance where the base takes 3 in. The LE brings the tablet remote and the charging pad, and the base Maestro brings the wider height range and the tighter wall clearance.

A larger screen than the base Maestro's slim LCD remote, held in a magnetic holder that keeps it in place. It shows the active function and lets you pick massage type, intensity, speed and location. In manual mode you drive each of those on its own.
The heating element is inside the roller head, so it goes wherever the head goes.   7. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use.
  8. Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.
  9. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.
  10. Products used in commercial or corporate settings.
  11. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

Implied Warranty & Other Damages:

  1. Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty.
  2. By making a purchase, you agree that Titan Chair LLC. will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.
  3. Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.

Warranties are only valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. All warranties begin on the DATE OF PURCHASE. Titan Chair, LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame.

"This has become the best and most important piece of furniture I own. I use the functions for a minimum of 90 minutes a day. As a former athlete I have a myriad of musculoskeletal issues and this one piece of therapeutic equipment addresses them all. My cousin has a slightly different version of the same model that I tried last year, so when was my turn to purchase one I went with Osaki and I have been very happy. If this chair only had the magical back and foot reflexology rollers, it would be worth the price, but the heat, the airbags, and the overall quality combine to make it a truly unique experience. It has a wide variety of options, and the control panel is relatively efficient to use. It would be nice to be able to save personalized settings, but it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits. The chair does make some noise during operation, but considering all that is going on mechanically, it is insignificant. It isn’t the most comfortable chair just to sit in casually to watch a game or movie, but if you do have other places to sit, this is the perfect addition to your home. No buyer’s regret for me. I put it together pretty easily myself in about 40 minutes once I unpacked it. This is an amazing piece of home therapeutic technology and I would absolutely buy it again."
