30 Day Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges

While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day hassle free Return Policy for most of our products.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team.

Easy Return & Exchange Policy Guidelines

Return Policy Guidelines

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.

How do I return my product?

The return process is simple. Just contact a Recovery for Athletes expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (3%) or if financed through Affirm then it is a 5% fee, which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Recovery for Athletes, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

You have a generous 30-day window from the ship date to make a decision about your purchase. Our return policy applies to all manufacturers except UltraComfort and our Refurbished/Open Box/Certified Pre Owned chairs, as they no longer accept returns or swaps due to buyer's remorse. However, if your chair arrives damaged, they will promptly replace it.

If you'd like to explore other chair options within our selection, we value your loyalty and will cover the fees associated with switching to a different chair that better suits your needs.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is repackaged in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, controller, and accessories. If the original packaging is unavailable, suitable repackaging will be required, and additional white glove pickup fees may apply.

Please note that our return policy applies to orders within the continental US only. If your chair was shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally, the shipping fees likely amounted to $800-$1200 each way.

In the unlikely event of any quality issues with your chair, we are committed to finding a resolution. We will work closely with you to facilitate repair, replacement, or exchange. However, if you decline these options, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking fees are common in the industry, and rates may vary. Currently, Human Touch and Cozzia charge a restocking fee of 15%, while Synca has a restocking fee of 20%.

NOTE: We are on your side and strive to provide you with exceptional service, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or return, call us at (704) 486-2384.

Conditions/Fine Print

  • Due to factory personalization and cost, the return policy does not apply to Luraco i9 Max Billionaire Edition and Luraco i9 Max Royal Edition.
  • For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Osaki | OS-4D Pro Maestro LE

Osaki OS-Pro Maestro LE Massage Chair

Start with the thing nobody else will tell you plainly. The Osaki OS-Pro Maestro LE and the Osaki OS Pro Maestro are the same chair at the same price, running the same 4D massage mechanism, the same heated back roller, the same SL-track, the same computerized body scanning, the same 8 auto programs and 6 massage styles, the same deep calf kneading, zero gravity and space saving. On Osaki's features lists the LE adds two lines and no more: touchscreen control, and USB and wireless phone charging. If either of those is the reason you are here, this is the chair. If neither is, read the comparison further down before you spend the money.

Where the OS-4D Pro Maestro LE does pull ahead is documentation. Osaki publish a full operating sheet for it that the base Maestro does not have: a 52.8 in. L-shape guide, 32 airbags, a 7.1 in. footrest extension, a backrest that travels through 128 to 155 degrees, a footrest through 9 to 75 degrees, a 15 minute working time, upright and reclined dimensions, and a recommended height range of 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 3 in. If you want to know exactly what you are buying before it arrives, the LE is the one Osaki measured.

Inside the chair

The Two Additions, and the Numbers Behind Them

Two features make the LE an LE. The other two panels cover the measurements Osaki publish for this chair and not for the one beside it.

📱
Touch Screen Remote Tablet
The LE's remote is a tablet. Osaki enlarged the screen so the active function is readable at a glance, and it sits in a magnetic holder that fixes it in place on the armrest. From the screen you select massage type, intensity, speed and location, and in manual mode you operate those functions independently of each other. The base Maestro runs a slim LCD remote with four physical buttons at the bottom for recline, incline, auto and home.
Magnetic holder
🔌
Wireless Charging on the Armrest
A wireless charging pad sits on the hand area, so a phone charges where your hand already rests. The USB outlet at the inner armrest carries on from the base Maestro, which has one too. Worth being precise here: Osaki's features list for the LE reads "USB and Wireless Phone Charger" as one line, but the base Maestro's own copy also describes a USB outlet. The wireless pad is the part that is genuinely exclusive to the LE.
Wireless pad plus USB
📏
Backrest 128 to 155 Degrees
Osaki publish the LE's recline geometry as angles. The backrest travels through approximately 128 to 155 degrees and the footrest through approximately 9 to 75 degrees, which together set where zero gravity puts your knees relative to your chest. The chair runs 61.1 in. long upright and 79.5 in. long reclined, 31.9 in. wide throughout, and it needs 5 in. behind the backrest to complete the recline.
Footrest 9 to 75 degrees
💨
Thirty-Two Airbags
The LE publishes an airbag count where the base Maestro publishes only placements. Thirty-two bags sit at the shoulders, the arms, the waist and pelvis, and the calves, inflating and releasing in sequence to add compression around the roller work. Osaki do not break the 32 down zone by zone, so we are not printing a breakdown.

Three Parts of the Maestro LE Worth Reading About

Osaki OS-Pro Maestro LE massage chair angled view
Platform

Everything the LE Shares With the Maestro

This is the part of the chair that is not new, and it is most of the chair. The 4D massage mechanism takes 8 levels of adjustment plus 5 strength, 5 intensity and 5 speed settings. The back roller heats as it works, so the warmth travels from the neck to the hamstrings with the stroke. Computerized body scanning maps the neck and back and detects shoulder height, and it can be recalibrated after the scan. The ottoman runs its own leg scan, extending and retracting until you press with your feet. Deep calf kneading inflates the calf section first and kneads second, with spinning reflexology rollers under the feet. Eight auto programs and 6 massage styles, zero gravity, a shortcut panel on the inner armrest and Bluetooth speakers in the headrest complete it.

  • 4D mechanism with 8 levels, plus 5 strength, 5 intensity, 5 speed
  • Heated back roller from the neck to the hamstrings
  • Computerized body scanning and auto leg scan
  • 8 auto programs and 6 massage styles

Fit

Who the LE Fits, and Who Should Take the Base Maestro

Osaki give the LE a recommended height range of 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 3 in. and a maximum user weight of 260 lb. The base Maestro's range runs wider at both ends, 4 ft 9 in. to 6 ft 4 in., so a household with someone under five feet or over 6 ft 3 in. is better served by that chair. The LE is also the larger object: 31.9 in. wide against 30 in., 244.6 lb on the floor, 79.5 in. long at full recline, and it wants 5 in. of wall clearance where the base Maestro takes 3 in. Inside the frame, the footrest extends approximately 7.1 in. to reach a longer leg.

  • Recommended height range 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 3 in.
  • Upright 61.1 in. long x 31.9 in. wide x 48.1 in. tall
  • Reclined 79.5 in. long x 31.9 in. wide x 46.9 in. tall
  • Chair weight approximately 244.6 lb, maximum user weight 260 lb

Session

Fifteen Minutes, 250 Watts, 52.8 Inches of Guide

Osaki set the LE's working time at 15 minutes, so a session runs to a fixed length and stops. Rated power is 250 W on a 110 to 120V 60Hz supply. The guide the rollers travel is published as an L shape measuring 52.8 in., which is the only track measurement Osaki give for either Maestro. Note that the features list for this chair reads SL-Track while the specification sheet calls the guide an L shape and the body copy calls it an L and S track. Three names, one piece of hardware: the S section follows the curve of the spine and the L section carries past the lower back and under the back of the thighs.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

On the features lists, exactly two lines: Touchscreen Control and USB and Wireless Phone Charger. Everything else is shared, including the 4D mechanism, the heated back roller, the SL-track, computerized body scanning, 8 auto programs and 6 massage styles, deep calf kneading, zero gravity, space saving, the shortcut panel and the Bluetooth speakers. Both chairs list at the same price. Beyond the two feature lines, the specification sheets differ: the LE is 31.9 in. wide against 30 in., draws 250 W against 156 W, fixes the session at 15 minutes where the base Maestro's remote runs 5 to 30 minutes, and needs 5 in. of wall clearance where the base takes 3 in. Take the LE for the tablet remote and the wireless pad. Take the base Maestro if you need the wider height range or the tighter wall clearance.
No. Osaki's own copy for the base OS Pro Maestro describes a USB outlet at the inner armrest, even though its features metafield does not list one. The genuinely exclusive part of the LE's charging line is the wireless charging pad on the hand area. We are calling that out because the two feature lists, read side by side, suggest a bigger gap than the chairs actually have.
A larger screen than the base Maestro's slim LCD remote, held in a magnetic holder that keeps it in place. It displays the active function and lets you select massage type, intensity, speed and location. In manual mode each of those can be operated independently.
The roller heats up while it massages, which Osaki compare to hot stones. Because the heat is in the moving part, the warm surface covers the whole stroke from the neck to the hamstrings, where a fixed panel warms one spot. Osaki do not publish a temperature figure or a count of heat levels for the OS-4D Pro Maestro LE.
32 airbags, at the shoulders, the arms, the waist and pelvis, and the calves. Osaki publish the total for the LE but not a zone-by-zone split, so we are not printing one. For context in this group, the Osaki Platinum Avalon 3D/4D Ai HealthPro publishes 40 cells and the Osaki 4D Panorama publishes 24.
8 levels of 4D adjustment, plus 5 strength, 5 intensity and 5 speed settings for the rollers. Manual modes cover kneading, tapping, shiatsu and rolling with 4 characteristics each, and you can hold the massage on one spot or run it by section across the shoulders, arms, lower back or calves.
Osaki publish a working time of 15 minutes for the Maestro LE. The base OS Pro Maestro's remote sets the timer from 5 to 30 minutes in 5-minute steps, so if a longer session matters to you, that is a point for the base chair.
Osaki's material uses three descriptions for the same hardware. The features list reads SL-Track, the specification sheet calls the guide an L shape measuring 52.8 in., and the body copy calls it an L and S track. The S section contours the curve of the spine; the L section extends past the lower back and wraps underneath the back of the thighs.
Approximately 128 to 155 degrees at the backrest and approximately 9 to 75 degrees at the footrest. Reclined, the chair measures 79.5 in. long and 46.9 in. tall; upright it is 61.1 in. long and 48.1 in. tall. Width holds at 31.9 in. throughout.
A recommended height range of 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 3 in. and a maximum user body weight of 260 lb. The footrest extends approximately 7.1 in. for a longer leg. If someone in the house is under 5 ft or over 6 ft 3 in., the base OS Pro Maestro covers 4 ft 9 in. to 6 ft 4 in.
5 in. from the backrest to the wall. Space saving design lets the chair complete its recline in that space. The base OS Pro Maestro publishes 3 in., so in a tight alcove the older chair is the one that fits.
Rated voltage is 110 to 120V at 60Hz and rated power is 250 W, a standard household outlet. The OS-Pro Maestro LE comes in three finishes: Black, Brown and Beige.

Meastro LE

"The Maestro 4D LE has a lot of adjustable settings to choose from. The tablet is a nice touch and makes it easy to modify the massage to my liking. It's a great way to relax and relieve some stress after a long day. Highly recommended!"

Steven H. (5/5)

Great chair for athlete

"As a licensed massage therapist and a professional athlete, I aim to take care of my body. I don't always have time to book sessions for myself. This chair has been the next best thing. It's always open (if my boyfriend doesn't get to it first) and it helps release the muscle groups that are crucial to relaxing and restoring my body. I love the surround sound. I plug my phone in and play YouTube meditation videos. Light a candle, and it's a small relaxation retreat in my house. I'm glad I found this massage chair"

Demarcus S. (5/5)

Hi-Tech Comfort

"This has become the best and most important piece of furniture I own. I use the functions for a minimum of 90 minutes a day. As a former athlete I have a myriad of musculoskeletal issues and this one piece of therapeutic equipment addresses them all. My cousin has a slightly different version of the same model that I tried last year, so when was my turn to purchase one I went with Osaki and I have been very happy. If this chair only had the magical back and foot reflexology rollers, it would be worth the price, but the heat, the airbags, and the overall quality combine to make it a truly unique experience. It has a wide variety of options, and the control panel is relatively efficient to use. It would be nice to be able to save personalized settings, but it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits. The chair does make some noise during operation, but considering all that is going on mechanically, it is insignificant. It isn’t the most comfortable chair just to sit in casually to watch a game or movie, but if you do have other places to sit, this is the perfect addition to your home. No buyer’s regret for me. I put it together pretty easily myself in about 40 minutes once I unpacked it. This is an amazing piece of home therapeutic technology and I would absolutely buy it again."

Jason S. (5/5)

Expensive but worth it

"Great chair. Like so many other reviews claim, I don’t leave reviews. But here goes nothing…. The chair is expensive. Quality costs. But other than that, the chair is perfect. Great scans. Deep massages with heat. So many options…. It’s perfect. My wife is 5 ft tall and I am 6 ft tall. The chair is perfect for both. The chair adjusts to size and how sensitive you want it. Bluetooth speakers are just perfect…. If you are reading this, stop reading, get the chair, and finish my review for me. I’ll leave you room."

Jo A. (5/5)

Maestro is the Ultimate Massage

"This chair is packed rich with features and is simply amazing! This model has a built-in wireless charger for your cellphone and Bluetooth to stream your music. You can also utilize an app to control the Maestro. The full body scan is very accurate and with the 4D adjustment right at your finger tips you can make increase or decrease to your desired level of comfort. The massage is more life like with the 4D technology. You will not be disappointed!!"

Thomas M. (5/5)

Love it

"My Osaka Maestro 2 is a great chair. It has helped me recover from a severe concussion. I consider it my good friend!"
