Osaki | Platinum Avalon 3D/4D Ai HealthPro

Osaki Platinum Avalon 3D/4D Ai HealthPro Massage Chair

The Osaki Platinum Avalon 3D/4D Ai HealthPro is a 4D massage chair that takes four readings off your body before it picks a program. The automatic body scan collects oxygen saturation, heart rate, a fatigue index and microcirculation, and the AI HealthPro system builds the massage mode out of that set. A second sensor works alongside it, and the perceptive ache sensor reads tension across your torso to narrow the program from there. A body scan on a standard massage chair measures one thing, the length and shape of your back, so the rollers know where your shoulder line sits and where the lumbar curve begins; the Avalon runs that same sizing pass and layers the four HealthPro values on top of it. What the chair does with the four values is pick one of its 20 auto massage modes, and that is the whole of it.

Around the reading system sits 40 air cell full body compression, the widest air coverage of the five chairs compared below, ahead of the Vera's 32, the Maestro LE's 32 and the Panorama's 24. Heat works differently here too, because heat shawl lumbar therapy is a graphene panel that warms your lower back where it rests and lifts over you to put the same warmth across your chest and abdomen, which makes it the one heat element in this group you can move. The rollers ride a laser-crafted steel SL-track, the extended shape that carries a stroke past the lower back and on under the glutes, where an S-track follows the spine and finishes at the waist. Intelligent voice activation, a touchscreen controller carrying 20 auto massage modes, deep calf kneading, an automatic leg extension of 6.9 in., zero gravity recline and a memory function fill out the rest of the chair.

Inside the chair

The Chair That Reads First

Two things separate the Avalon from the rest of the Platinum line: what it reads before the session starts, and heat you can pick up and move.

🧠
AI HealthPro Generates the Mode From Four Values
The automatic body scan gathers four values before a session: oxygen saturation, heart rate, a fatigue index and microcirculation. AI HealthPro generates the massage mode from that set. The perceptive ache sensor is a separate system with its own reading, taken across your torso, and the program is shaped around where that reading lands. Between them the chair has two inputs before you have touched the remote, and you can override whatever they choose from the touchscreen at any point in the session. Neither reading is a medical measurement or a diagnosis.
4 values read
A 3D/4D Mechanism You Can Dial In
Three dimensions of movement come first: up and down the track, side to side across your back, and in and out for intensity. The fourth adds speed and rhythm on top of those three, so one pass can slow down and lean in at the same time. The remote gives you 5 levels of 4D adjustment, which is the dial you reach for when a program is nearly right and only the depth is off.

🌡
Heat Shawl Lumbar Therapy
The heat on this chair travels with you. Graphene inside a shawl warms your lower back where it rests, and the shawl lifts over your body to put the same warmth across your chest and abdomen. It is the only heat element in this group of five you can reposition, and it is why a session on the Avalon can be warm at the front as well as the back.

40 Air Cell Full Body Compression
Forty cells is the widest air coverage of the five Platinum and Maestro flagships. The rollers work a line down your spine. The air works the width, squeezing your arms, your waist and pelvis, your calves and your feet in sequence. On a chair built around a reading system, the air is what you feel for most of the session.

Voice

Voice Control Earns Its Keep Mid-Session

Intelligent voice activation earns its keep mid-session, once the remote has slid somewhere behind your shoulder and the arm airbags have inflated around your forearms. A spoken command from the phrase list in the manual changes the program with your hands where they are. When you want to see what you are changing, the touchscreen controller carries 20 auto massage modes and 11 manual massage styles, the auto modes being complete sessions that run start to finish and the manual styles being single techniques you point at one part of your back. A shortcut panel on the chair itself covers the things you change most: chair and leg adjustments, zero gravity, voice assistance and 4D adjustment. A memory function holds your setup, so the next person in the house does not undo it.

  • Intelligent voice activation for hands-free commands
  • Touchscreen controller with 20 auto modes and 11 manual styles
  • Shortcut panel: chair, legs, zero gravity, voice, 4D adjustment
  • Memory function and Bluetooth speaker

Legs

Your Calf Is Held and Worked at Once

The Avalon works your lower leg with two mechanisms at once. Calf rollers knead vertically while airbags compress around the muscle, so your calf is held and worked at the same time. Below that, specialized foot rollers run reflexology ridges across the sole, two rollers for each foot, heel to toe. Sizing the whole assembly to you is automatic: the leg extension stretches up to 6.9 in. and finds the position on its own.

  • Kneading calf rollers moving vertically
  • Calf airbags compressing at the same time
  • Specialized foot rollers, two per foot, heel to toe
  • Automatic leg extension up to 6.9 in.

Fit

A 32 in. Door With Nothing to Spare

The Avalon asks for more room than anything else in this group. It is 32.0 in. wide and wants a 32 in. door to match, against 29 in. on the Vera and 29.5 in. on the Panorama. Reclined it runs 78.0 in. long, the longest of the five. Inside that frame the seat is 20 in. across and the shoulder area 20 in., the chair weighs 243 lb and takes a user to 260 lb. Measure the door and the turn at the top of the stairs before delivery day, because 32 in. is a standard interior door with nothing to spare. The 78.0 in. figure is the reclined length in zero gravity, the position where the backrest drops and the footrest rises until your knees sit above your hips and your weight spreads along the whole back of the chair, and it is the number to chalk on the floor when you are working out where the Avalon can live.

  • Upright 32.0 in. W x 62.0 in. L x 47.6 in. H
  • Reclined 32.0 in. W x 78.0 in. L x 33.0 in. H

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Three dimensions of movement to start with: up and down the track, side to side across your back, and in and out for intensity. The fourth dimension adds speed and rhythm on top of those three. From the remote you get 5 levels of 4D adjustment, so you can keep the program you like and change how hard and how fast it leans in.
Four values during the automatic body scan: oxygen saturation, heart rate, a fatigue index and microcirculation. AI HealthPro uses that set to generate the massage mode for the session. These readings are not medical measurements and not a diagnosis, and nothing the chair reports should be used to make a health decision.
They do two jobs. The automatic body scan collects the four AI HealthPro values and picks the mode. The perceptive ache sensor detects tension in the torso area and tailors the program to where that tension sits. The body scan settles which of the 20 auto massage modes runs, and the ache sensor shapes what happens inside that mode once it is running.
40 air cell full body compression. At 40 cells the Avalon carries the widest air coverage of the five chairs in this group, ahead of the Vera and the Maestro LE at 32 and the Panorama at 24. The cells run the arms, the waist and pelvis, the calves and the feet, and they inflate in groups so the squeeze travels along a limb from one end to the other while the rollers work the line of your spine.
A graphene heat panel that warms your lower back where it rests and lifts over your body to reach the chest and abdomen. No other chair in this group has heat you can reposition. The two Maestros put heat inside the back roller and the Vera fixes it at the lumbar and the calves.
20 auto massage modes and 11 manual massage styles, both chosen from the touchscreen controller. The shortcut panel on the chair handles the quick changes, so you only pick up the touchscreen when you want a different program.
Yes. Intelligent voice activation is built in, and the chair responds to a spoken command with your hands where they are. The manual lists the exact phrases the Avalon accepts.
Yes, wirelessly. There is a wireless phone charger in the chair, a Bluetooth speaker for whatever you want playing, and a memory function that stores a setup between users.
Automatically. The automatic leg extension stretches up to 6.9 in. to fit different heights, so your calf sits in the well and your sole sits on the plate with no latch to set. Underneath it, specialized foot rollers run two rollers per foot across reflexology ridges from heel to toe.
Upright: 32.0 in. W x 62.0 in. L x 47.6 in. H. Reclined: 32.0 in. W x 78.0 in. L x 33.0 in. H. The minimum door width is 32 in., the widest requirement of the five chairs in this group, so measure the frame and every turn on the route before delivery.
The chair weighs 243 lb and the maximum user weight is 260 lb. If you need more capacity, the Osaki Platinum Vera 4D in this group is rated to 275 lb.
A standard household outlet: 110 to 120V at a rate frequency of 50/60Hz. The Avalon comes in five finishes: Black, Taupe, Brown & Pink (one two-tone finish, counted once), Navy and Red. The chair underneath is identical in all five, with the same 40 air cells, the same heat shawl and the same AI HealthPro reading.
