Free Curbside Delivery

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts.  All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

Two-Person Traditional Barrel Sauna

SunRay Solace 2-Person Barrel Sauna

The SunRay Solace 2-Person Barrel Sauna is a traditional barrel sauna for two, heated by a 6 kW Harvia electric heater with sauna stones that reaches up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. At four feet deep by six feet wide, it fits practically any backyard or large room. Inside, the barrel measures 69 inches across and 39 inches deep with a 69-inch ceiling. A built-in delay timer starts the heater up to eight hours ahead, so the cedar is already hot when you walk out to it.

SunRay builds it from solid red cedar cut in a ball-and-socket profile from 1 3/8-inch lumber, a joint that keeps the shell weather tight, sturdy and durable. A shingled roof covers the curve, and the barrel rests on support cradles, with a bucket, ladle, thermo-hygrometer and sand timer packed alongside.

The Solace Build

How it works

Solid red cedar staves lock into one another to form the Solace, and the finished barrel rests on support cradles under a shingled roof.

Ball-and-socket red cedar
The barrel is solid red cedar, with each stave cut in a ball-and-socket profile that locks into the next. The 1 3/8-inch lumber gives a shell that is weather tight, sturdy and durable.

A full-height door of tempered glass with a long vertical handle fills the front of the barrel, with a small square window set into the cedar on either side of it.

The roof is shingled across the top of the barrel to shed rain in wetter climates. Underneath, the shell rests on solid weather-resistant support cradles that keep the cedar off the ground. Set it on a concrete pad, a wood deck or another solid surface, indoors or out.
