Free Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

The Oasis is the canopy barrel in SunRay's line. SunRay describe the design as providing a covered roof and exterior benches on each side of the door — somewhere to sit and prep before a session, and somewhere to cool off before hopping back in. They list the Oasis as a 2-4 person sauna, 6 feet deep by 6 feet wide.

The build is the same solid red cedar the rest of the range uses: ball-and-socket construction in 1 3/8-inch lumber, stainless steel hardware, tempered glass, a shingled roof and solid weather-resistant support cradles under the shell. The heated room measures 69 inches wide by 51 inches deep, with a 69-inch ceiling.

SunRay publish the Oasis exterior at 72 inches wide by 72 inches deep by 76 inches high, with a heated room 51 inches deep. Four elements define the canopy version.

Head-on, the difference between the Oasis and the other three barrels is plain. The door sits under the covered roof with a slatted cedar bench on each side of it. SunRay's description of the arrangement is that the benches let you sit and prep for a session, or take a breather out of the heat before hopping back in.

The heated room runs off a 6 kW Harvia electric heater drawing 6000 watts, supplied with its stones. SunRay put the maximum at 170 degrees Fahrenheit and fit a delay timer with an eight-hour window, so the barrel can be brought up to temperature before you walk out to it. Inside, the heater stands in a wooden guard on the slatted floor of the flat floor kit.

A Dome Light That Turns Itself Off

Interior dome lighting comes fitted. SunRay make two points about it that are specific to the Oasis: it does not require an additional electrical circuit, and it turns off automatically when the heater turns off. Nothing is left burning in the barrel after a session ends.

The exterior is 72" wide × 72" deep × 76" high, and SunRay give the footprint as 72" deep by 72" wide — six feet by six. They do not break the canopy out as a separate dimension, so measure your spot against the full 72 inches of depth and allow for the cradles under the shell and clearance for the door to open. The Galley takes up the same ground; inside, the Galley measures 64 inches deep and the Oasis 51.

The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access — long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex — with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that. The 721 lbs is SunRay's published product weight; they do not publish a separate shipping weight. SunRay print that same 721 lbs figure against the Aurora, the Oasis and the Galley despite their different depths, so treat it as approximate rather than a freight weight — talk to us before you plan a lift or a hire around it.

220V, 50/60Hz on a dedicated 30 amp outlet, with the 6 kW heater drawing 6000 watts. SunRay state that the interior dome lighting does not require an additional electrical circuit, and on the Oasis that it turns off automatically when the heater turns off. Sauna heater wiring should be run by a licensed electrician.

SunRay give a maximum of 170 degrees Fahrenheit. The heater carries a built-in delay timer you can set up to 8 hours ahead, which is useful on a sauna you have to walk out to.

SunRay cover the sauna with what they call a 7/1 warranty: 7 years on the structure — the wooden cabin and all glass parts — and 1 year on all parts including electronics and the heater.
