Free Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

Traditional Canopy Barrel Sauna

SunRay Oasis 4-Person Canopy Barrel Sauna

The SunRay Oasis 4-Person Canopy Barrel Sauna is a traditional barrel sauna with a covered canopy over the door and an exterior bench on each side of it. Those benches give you somewhere to sit and prep before a session, and somewhere to cool off before heading back into the heat. Inside, the heated room seats two to four, warmed by a 6 kW Harvia heater and its stones to as much as 170 degrees Fahrenheit. The whole sauna stands on a six-by-six-foot footprint.

The shell is solid red cedar in ball-and-socket construction from 1 3/8-inch lumber, made for indoor or outdoor use, with stainless steel hardware, tempered glass, a shingled roof and solid weather-resistant support cradles under the shell. Behind the canopy, the heated room is 69 inches wide and 51 inches deep, with a 69-inch ceiling over the benches.

The Canopy Build

How it works

Outside, the Oasis takes up 72 inches by 72 with a height of 76 inches, and the canopy shares that footprint with a heated room 51 inches deep.

The roof extends past the front of the barrel to cover the door, and an exterior bench sits under it on each side. Step out of the heat and you are still under cover, whatever the weather.
