The Therabody ThermFace Massage Heated Facial Massager is a handheld facial massager that uses heat and percussion on the muscles of the jaw, face and neck, where the tightness from clenching settles. A 45-degree grip angles the massage head toward your jawline and neck, so you can reach them yourself. Four silicone attachments split up the face, from the broad Wedge for the jaw and neck to a small Cone for the muscles around the eyes. One attachment adds warmth to the percussion, on three levels up to 122.0°F. It weighs under 0.6 lb, runs up to 70 minutes per charge and is FDA Registered.

How it works

Heat, a short 5 mm stroke and an angled grip make it work on the muscles of the face and jaw.

How to use it

Heated attachment

Warm the jaw and neck

Fit the heated attachment, choose a heat level and glide it with light pressure along the jaw and down the side of the neck. It reaches the masseter, your main jaw muscle, and the sternocleidomastoid, the long muscle running down the side of the neck.

The soft Dampener covers the forehead, the side of the head and the bony areas of the face. Switch to the Cone for the smaller muscles around the eyes and along the nasolabial lines, the creases that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth.

Hold the power button to switch on, pick a speed and, with the heated attachment fitted, a heat level. Glide back and forth over each area for about 30 seconds with light pressure, and let the frequency do the work.
