The Therabody ThermNeck & Upper Back Heated Neck Massager is a cordless, wearable neck massager with two built-in Theragun percussion heads that work on your upper back. Kneading massage, heat therapy, carbon-fiber far-infrared heat and 12 near-infrared LEDs work alongside them, so one device covers five therapies at once. Desk work, screen time and stress all tighten the neck and upper back, and it works on exactly those muscles. Hand loops on the straps let you pull it closer for deeper pressure or ease off for a lighter massage. The battery lasts up to 180 minutes, enough for several sessions between charges.

How to use it

Putting it on

Wear it while you work

Wrap the strap around your back and clip it to one buckle, place the device around your neck, then bring the other end around and connect it to the second buckle. Then press power and choose the speed, pattern and heat on the device.
