Chattanooga Hydrocollator Microfiber Heat Pack Cover

The Chattanooga Hydrocollator Microfiber Heat Pack Cover is an all-terry heat pack cover for Hydrocollator HotPacs: microfiber terry throughout, with no foam layer. It insulates the heat while protecting the patient from excessive heat exposure, for high-volume institutional use or therapy at home. Hook and loop closures keep it from unwrapping or slipping during treatment, and hold it on a pack while a patient is positioned. Covers come in three HotPac sizes: 19 x 27 in. for Standard, 25 x 18 in. for Neck Contour and 24 x 36 in. for Oversize. A dual hand cover completes the set. It is washable, reusable and backed by a one-year warranty.

Each cover is cut to close on its own pack size, and a clinic keeps covers in each pack size it runs. The cover goes over a heated HotPac lifted out of a mobile SS-2, M-2 or M-4 or a tabletop E-1 or E-2. Always wrap a HotPac in a towel or terry cover before handling it or applying it to a patient, and DO NOT apply a HotPac directly to skin. The foam filled terry cover adds a polyurethane foam layer between two terry layers and comes in a fourth size, Standard 17 x 27 in.
