Chattanooga Transportable Battery Pack

The Chattanooga Transportable Battery Pack is a rechargeable battery pack of twenty nickel metal hydride (NiMH) AA cells at 1.2 V each, weighing 1.87 lb, or 0.85 kg. It stows in the battery recess in the base of the unit, with its cable connected to the battery connector at the bottom of that recess. The unit charges the pack automatically whenever mains power is connected, with no separate cradle. A full charge gives 2 to 5 hours of treatment away from an outlet, depending on the power, pulsed mode and frequency used.

It powers the first-generation Intelect TranSport Combo, TranSport Ultrasound and TranSport 2-Channel, plus the Vectra Genisys Transport Laser. On the Transport Laser the unit defaults to mains power even when the pack is connected. Remove battery pack if unit is not to be used for an extended period.
