FAQ

Do you need to hold the button down the entire time for it to work?

To turn on the RPM, hold the circular button for 3 seconds. In order to spin, you'll need to press down on the oval button on the bottom side of the handle the whole time. This is a safety measure as well as a way to conserve battery life.

How do I add more pressure

If you're holding the RPM, simple press more into the muscle. If it's being used in the hands-free stand, apply more body weight.

Why did my RPM suddenly stop?

There are a few reasons your RPM could have stopped:

  1. The trigger is not completely pressed down
  2. The power button was pressed while holding down the trigger, powering off the RPM
  3. The battery is dead

Is there a weight limit?

The RPM has a stall force of 60lbs, meaning it will spin with that much weight against it.
