The sauna blanket allows for temperature adjustment from 86 to 167 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a built in timer, which can be set from 30 to 60 minutes in increments of 5 minutes. Our sauna blanket uses specialized EMF shielded wires, so the EMF output is incredibly low at just 0-0.08uT.
