AuraLight: IPL Laser

AuraLight is an intense pulsed light system. A 3000W power supply drives it, the motion technology runs at 1-10Hz, and the cooling system does not stop between pulses. Broad-spectrum light is aimed at specific chromophores in the skin, which is what lets one console cover several kinds of work.

Kavvia names five uses for the machine: hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigment therapy, vascular therapy and acne treatment. On the treatment side Kavvia also lists photofacial treatment, skin tone correction, sun damage repair, redness reduction and acne light therapy, which sit inside those five.
