Dualis X: ND:YAG Laser

Dualis X is a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. It runs at 1064nm and 532nm with a 6ns pulse width, and delivers 1000mj at 1064nm and 500mj at 532nm. The spot is adjustable 2-10mm, the repetition rate is 1-10Hz, and a Genesis long pulse mode stretches the pulse to 200us at 2000mj on the 1064nm line. The console carries an 8-inch touch screen and a 7 jointed arm, cooling is air plus water, and gross weight is 90Kgs.

The standard head is a treatment handle with the adjustable spot. Optional heads extend the platform: a 585nm dye head, a 650nm dye head, and DOE and MLA pixel handles. There is no diode laser in this configuration, so the machine is Nd:YAG throughout, and which optional heads are included is the thing to confirm on a quote. Kavvia lists it for freckle removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation and age spots.
