Luraco i9 Custom Medical Massage Chair

The Luraco i9 Custom is a full-body massage chair built on a Split S-L Track, which combines what an L-track reaches with what an S-track allows. Four sections of hand rollers work the arms and hands alongside air massage. The calf massage is improved over the previous version. The rollers run Luraco's Butterfly 3D pattern along the track. Heat therapy runs while the massage does. The armrests slide back out of the way for entry. It is personalised to its owner, and the blood pressure monitor comes with it.

The keypad screens carry the owner's name, so the chair says who it belongs to when it wakes. A genuine leather name tag is made for it and fitted to the chair. Backup emergency power returns the chair to its upright position if the power goes out while you are in it, so you step out under your own power.

The controller is a touchscreen and the phone charges wirelessly on the armrest. Luraco builds the chair in Texas and backs it for three years on parts and in-home labour, with parts alone for a further two.

The i9 Custom runs a split track, four sections of hand and arm rollers, heat therapy, and the customisation package this edition is built around.

The warranty

Luraco assembles the chair in Texas and services it from there.

  • Home use: parts and in-home labour for three years, then parts for a further two
  • Commercial use: parts and labour for six months, then parts for a further six
  • Covers defects in the structural frame and the component parts
  • Excludes normal wear to the leather, cosmetic damage, surges, improper installation, and liquid or animal damage
  • Shipping costs are not covered by the warranty

By freight to the 48 contiguous states. Curbside delivery is free and usually takes seven to ten days. Threshold delivery puts the carton just inside your door, and white glove delivery brings the chair to the room and sets it up in ten to sixteen days. Check the carton will pass through your doorway before the truck arrives.
Home use: parts and in-home labour for the first three years, then parts alone for a further two. Commercial use: parts and labour for six months, then parts alone for a further six. It covers defects in the structural frame and the component parts. It excludes normal wear to the leather, cosmetic damage, electrical surges, improper installation, cracked remote screens and damage from liquids or animals, and it covers neither shipping costs nor sales to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the US.
Thirty days from delivery. Return shipping is yours to pay, and the chair has to arrive back in like-new condition with all of its original packaging. Damaged or faulty on arrival is handled as an exchange. Photograph the carton before you sign for it.

What is covered in this Warranty?

1) For Home Use:

  •  This warranty includes parts and in-home labor costs covered for the first 3 years at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty includes additional 2 years for parts at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty may require the cooperation of the chair’s owner for some over-the-phone troubleshooting.

2) For Commercial Use:

  • This warranty includes parts and labor costs covered for the first 6 months at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty includes additional 6 months for parts at no cost to the customer.
  • This warranty may require the cooperation of the chair’s owner for some over-the-phone troubleshooting.

* Does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international sales.

What is NOT covered in this Warranty?

  • This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from improper installation, alterations, or modifications of original condition or unauthorized repairs.
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances, power surges, cracked remote control screens, cosmetic changes, improper operating environment, or damage caused by animals or liquids of any kind.
  • This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
  • This warranty does not apply to normal wear-and-tear including leather or fabric coverings.
  • This warranty does not cover damages from floods, storms, fires, or other natural disasters.
  • The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally, accidentally, or by neglect: including but not limited to stains, fluids, mold, water damage, pet or insect damage, cuts, burns, loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility, or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  • Unnecessary service: If no problem is found by the service technician, you may be charged for service calls, labor, and travel costs.
  • Display models that have been on the showroom floor for more than twelve (12) months are not covered under this limited warranty.
  • Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser at the original location. If moving, please contact Luraco at 817-633-1080 before you move for more details.

Implied Warranty

  • Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 3-year portion of this warranty for home use and the 6-month portion of this warranty for commercial use. With regard to the structural frame, it is limited to the duration of the 5-year portion of this warranty for home use, and the 1-year portion of this warranty for commercial use.
  • In no case will Luraco be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on basis of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.
  • Luraco shall not be liable for any personal injury, property, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper installation, or alteration of this product.

How to get the warranty service?

Luraco’s massage chairs come with a high expectation of performance and reliability and should last for many years. However, all products have a defective rate. If something does go wrong, Luraco offers a purchased Extended Warranty Plan. The Extended Warranty Plan provides home-use customers with additional 2 years of comprehensive protection for Luraco’s massage chairs. You can rest assured that your massage chair will be taken care of as soon as possible.

Note: The Extended Warranty plan must be purchased within ninety (90) days of the original chair purchase.

Also, the Extended warranty plan is available for in-home use applications only. Luraco does not offer this plan for commercial use.


Free Curbside Delivery – Average Shipping Time 7-10 Days

Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

Threshold Delivery – Average Shipping Time 7-10 Days

Threshold Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

White Glove Delivery – Average shipping time 10-16 Days

In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice.
