The NOHRD StepBox is a multi-faceted piece of fitness equipment that reads as furniture in a living room and functions as a home gym in a workout. Its padded top works as a bench or seat; its detachable wooden side panels become step platforms; and its interior stores a complete SwingBell + tube + jump-rope + yoga-mat kit. What the StepBox actually is

Two side panels — step and bench

The two detachable side panels are wood-veneered plywood with solid wood frames. They double as step-benches during a workout and reattach as sleek exterior panels when the box is a storage piece.

Padded lid — seat, bench, or cover

The upholstered top does three jobs: workout bench during strength sessions, seat when the box lives in a home office, and lid that conceals the interior storage the rest of the time.

Full-body training kit inside

A pair each of 2 kg, 4 kg, and 6 kg NOHRD SwingBells on interior hooks. Four resistance tube bands stored beneath the upholstered lids. Jump rope and tube handles stored at the short end. Cork exercise mat (180 × 60 × 0.4 cm) in the second side compartment.
