The NOHRD StepTower delivers sleek design and full-body functionality in a single upright unit. Behind its swiveling wood panels is a complete training system — the detachable elements work as steps or an upholstered bench, and everything stows back into the tower when the workout is done. Bodyweight cardio, strength work, resistance training, and yoga recovery all live in the same 50 × 48 cm footprint. Hand-made in Germany from veneered ply with a solid wood frame.

Two panels — bench and step platform

The removable side panels do double duty. One is finished with a padded, wipe-clean faux-leather top for use as a workout bench. The other is a stable wooden step-aerobic platform. Both are veneered ply with a solid wood frame. Reattach when the session ends.

NOHRD DumbBells — 4 pairs

Eight precision CNC-machined dumbbells in 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 kg pairs. Nickel-plated steel with a knurled grip and solid wood end discs. Stored on interior racks — visible when you swivel the tower open, hidden when you close it.

4 resistance tubes with wood handles

Four resistance tubes in varying strengths, stored behind the panels. Each clips to one of four anchor points at the base for dynamic upper- and lower-body work. Two solid wood handles with ball bearings give a smooth, ergonomic grip.

Yoga & recovery kit included

The second interior section stores two cork yoga blocks, a cork fascia roller, and a full-length cork exercise mat (180 × 60 × 0.4 cm) — ideal for floor-based training and recovery. Everything you need for a mobility day is on the same tower as the strength kit.
