Osaki | OS-Pro Ai 4D DuoMax

Osaki OS-Pro Ai 4D DuoMax Massage Chair

The Osaki OS-Pro Ai 4D DuoMax is a dual mechanism 4D massage chair for the buyer who is large and still wants the hardest-working massage Osaki sell, rated to a 330 lb user. Two massage mechanisms ride one SL Flex Track, a pairing Osaki call Duo Mech 4D+3D, driving eight roller-track heads down your body. Whether a dual mechanism is worth paying for comes down to how much of the session you want spent below your waist: a single mechanism has to travel down the track to reach your hips and hamstrings, and here a second mechanism is already working them while the first stays on your back. Two heating cores travel with those heads, and 36 air cells wrap your shoulders, arms, hips, calves and feet around them for full body air massage. Twenty auto programs and eleven massage styles sit on top of all of it.

An Intelligent HealthPro module reads heart rate, blood oxygen and a fatigue index and picks a program from what it finds, so the session starts without you choosing one. The DuoMax reclines through a 2-stage zero gravity position and its space saving base does that 5.5 in. from your wall. The automatic extendable footrest stretches 6.5 in. for taller users, and the chair fits people from 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 2 in. Wireless charging, smart voice control and a removable headrest are built in, and taking the headrest off changes how the rollers meet your neck at the top of a stroke. The DuoMax comes in Black, Brown and Taupe.

Inside the chair

One Set of Rollers Never Leaves Your Back

The 330 lb capacity is what brings a larger buyer to the DuoMax, and the dual mechanism running eight roller-track heads is what keeps them here once they have sat in one. Four systems do the work, and all four of them are covered in the cards below.

Duo Mech 4D+3D
The DuoMax runs two massage mechanisms on one track with eight roller-track heads between them. Osaki call the pair Duo Mech 4D+3D and the heads quad precision rollers, and they adjust their own depth and speed as they travel. Two mechanisms means one set of rollers never has to leave your back to go and find your hips, because the second set is already down there working your lower body at the same time.

📏
The SL Flex Track
A standard SL-track is a fixed rail that holds one shape whatever position the chair is sitting in. The SL Flex track adds flexibility to that rail while holding a fixed angle to the backrest, so the roller path bends with the chair as it reclines. Coverage runs from your neck and shoulders down through your back and hips to your hamstrings, on one continuous track with no break at the seat.

🌡
Two Heated Jade Cores
Heat on most massage chairs sits still in a fixed pad at the lower back, and on the DuoMax it travels with the massage: two heated jade cores move along the contours of your body with the mechanism, so the warmth arrives exactly where the rollers are working. A separate heating shawl covers your chest and stomach, and body heat therapy warms your lower back, which makes three separate heated placements on one chair.
2 moving cores
📊
Intelligent HealthPro
A built-in health monitor reads three things: heart rate, blood oxygen level and a fatigue index. The chair's Ai then picks a program from those readings, which saves you scrolling through twenty of them. The DuoMax is a consumer massage chair and the readings are not a medical assessment.

Calf Kneading and a Footrest That Finds Your Legs

The calf section runs kneading rollers that travel vertically against the muscle while airbags compress your calf from both sides, so your leg gets pressure and movement at once, which is something a foot plate with airbags alone cannot do. Under that, the automatic extendable footrest stretches 6.5 in. to meet the length of your leg. On a chair rated to 330 lb the footrest travel matters as much as the seat width, because a leg that stops short of the foot section never reaches the massage below the knee. The DuoMax fits users from 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 2 in.

  • Kneading calf rollers with vertical travel
  • Airbag compression on both sides of the calf
  • Automatic extendable footrest, 6.5 in. of travel

Position

Two-Stage Zero Gravity, 5.5 Inches From the Wall

Zero gravity recline came out of NASA seating research, and the whole idea is weight distribution: with your knees above your heart, the frame carries you across a wider area. The DuoMax holds two stages of that position. The base slides forward as the backrest drops, which is what space saving technology means in practice, and the chair reaches a full recline sitting 5.5 in. from your wall. Upright it measures 31.5 in. wide by 66.0 in. long by 51.0 in. tall. Reclined it measures 31.5 in. by 76.0 in. by 41.0 in.

  • Upright 31.5 in. (W) x 66.0 in. (L) x 51.0 in. (H)
  • Reclined 31.5 in. (W) x 76.0 in. (L) x 41.0 in. (H)

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Two massage mechanisms working your body at the same time on one track, with eight roller-track heads between them. Osaki call the pairing Duo Mech 4D+3D and the heads quad precision rollers, which adjust their depth and speed as they travel. The practical effect is that your back and your lower body get worked together, with no handoff and no waiting.
Maximum user weight is 330 lb, and the chair fits a user from 5 ft 0 in. to 6 ft 2 in. Seat width is 20.5 in. and shoulder width is 19 in. The 330 lb rating is what lets a larger build sit down without the rollers losing contact through the shoulders, and the height range is what decides whether the body scan can find your shoulder line at all. Seated width is where the DuoMax gives ground to the other two big-and-tall chairs: the Osaki Atlas XL 4D and the Osaki Duke XL 4D both run a 23 in. seat and 26 in. shoulders. Put your own seated hip and shoulder measurements against all three figures before you choose.
A standard SL-track is a fixed rail that follows the S-curve of your spine and continues under the seat in an L. The SL Flex track adds flexibility to that rail while holding a fixed angle to the backrest, so the path bends as the chair reclines. Coverage is the same span either way: neck and shoulders through to the hamstrings.
They are heated jade cores that travel along the contours of your body with the mechanism, so heat and pressure land in the same place at the same time. Separately, the DuoMax warms your lower back through body heat therapy, and a heating shawl covers your chest and stomach.
Three readings: heart rate, blood oxygen level and a fatigue index. The chair's Ai picks one of the 20 auto programs from what it reads, and you can override it and choose your own at any point in the session. The DuoMax is a consumer massage chair and these readings are not a medical measurement.
36 air cells in total, covering your shoulders, arms, hips, calves and feet. They are the full body air massage part of the session, reaching the limbs and hips the back rollers never touch. The cells inflate in groups and release in sequence, so the squeeze travels along an arm or a leg from one end to the other while the two mechanisms hold the center line of your body.
20 auto programs and 11 massage styles. An auto program runs a set sequence across the zones from start to finish, and the eleven styles are the individual techniques you call up yourself when you want one part of your back worked a particular way. Eleven is a wide manual library for a chair this size, and it is the part you keep using once the novelty of the presets wears off. Voice control reaches all of it without the remote, following the command list in the manual.
The DuoMax has a 2-stage zero gravity recline. The position lifts your knees above your heart so your weight spreads across the frame. Space saving technology slides the base forward as the backrest drops, so the chair completes a full recline sitting 5.5 in. from the wall.
Upright: 31.5 in. (W) x 66.0 in. (L) x 51.0 in. (H). Reclined: 31.5 in. (W) x 76.0 in. (L) x 41.0 in. (H). If your space is tight, allow 31.5 in. of width, 76.0 in. of length and 50 in. of height and you are covered in every direction, with the full dimension list sitting in the Dimensions tab below the description.
Measure against 30 in., the minimum doorway size for this chair, and work to that figure at every point on the route. Chair weight is 354 lb net and 425 lb gross in the crate, so plan the delivery route around the crated figure and check the stair turns and hallway corners as well as the door frames. At that weight the DuoMax arrives by freight, and the crate is the part that has to make the turn.
The automatic extendable footrest stretches up to 6.5 in. It moves under power, so the chair sizes itself to your leg length at the start of a session. Inside the calf section, kneading rollers travel vertically and airbags compress your calf from both sides.
Smart voice control, wireless charging, a removable headrest that changes how the rollers meet your head and neck, and a negative air ionization generator. Power is AC 110 to 120V at 60 Hz, with a rated power consumption of 260W.
Three: Black, Brown and Taupe, all carrying the same specification. Osaki use two names for this chair, OS-Pro Ai 4D DuoMax and OS-Pro 4D DuoMax, and both names cover this same model with the same 330 lb rating and the same Duo Mech 4D+3D pairing.

Investment is worth it

"I recently invested in the DuoMax massage chair, and it has completely transformed my relaxation routine. This innovative chair boasts not one but two powerful mechanisms that work in tandem to deliver an unparalleled massage experience. What sets this massage chair apart is its dual functionality, offering a diverse range of massage techniques simultaneously. The combination of rolling and kneading motions creates a dynamic and immersive sensation that targets muscle tension with precision. Whether I'm seeking a gentle, soothing massage or a more invigorating therapy session, this chair adapts to my needs seamlessly. The dual mechanisms work in harmony to provide a full-body massage that feels incredibly lifelike. The rollers move along the contours of my back, mimicking the skilled hands of a professional masseuse. The kneading action complements the rolling, effectively easing knots and promoting relaxation. One standout feature is the customizable intensity levels for each mechanism. I can adjust the strength of the rolling and kneading independently, allowing for a tailor-made massage experience. This level of customization ensures that the chair caters to individual preferences, making it suitable for anyone in the household. The chair's ergonomic design enhances the overall comfort, and the strategically placed airbags provide additional support to key areas such as the shoulders, arms, and legs. The air compression, combined with the dual mechanisms, creates a sensation that is both therapeutic and indulgent. Navigating through the chair's settings is a breeze with the user-friendly control panel. It offers a variety of preset programs, each designed to address specific needs such as stress relief, muscle recovery, or overall relaxation. The inclusion of a heat therapy option adds an extra layer of comfort, melting away tension and promoting a sense of tranquility. In conclusion, the dual mechanism massage chair has become an indispensable part of my self-care routine. Its innovative design, customizable features, and dual-action capabilities make it a standout choice for those seeking a truly immersive and rejuvenating massage experience. If you're looking to elevate your relaxation game, this chair is a must-have that brings double the bliss to your well-being journey."

Best Massage Chair Ever

"I got lucky choosing this phenomenal massage chair. My wife and I were a little skeptical at first but we were sold on the fact that it has some of the latest technology and features. My only complaint is not investing in a massage chair sooner! We're both very tech savvy and wanted the latest and greatest. We got an awesome deal and even got free white glove delivery. We've been using it for a week now and the whole family loves it. My wife uses it after working long days on her feet, my son uses it for recovery after intense sports training. I've been using it to decompress after a long day at work. Overall, if you're looking for a chair that does it all and want a realistic human touch shoulder and back massage, this chair does it all and then some! I'd highly recommend the DuoMax"

Feel Amazing on my back

"After the assembling process and sitting in this chair, I knew it was worth the long wait. Having a tense back and shoulders from over the years has made it difficult to work without a random stinging pain. After one week of using this chair, those stings have seemed to go away. Being able to use it freely daily is splendid, the added special massage techniques are just a bonus allowing me to use it uniquely each time. I have felt very relaxed since I received it, it makes me feel comfortable putting me in a wonderful mood. Way happier than I expected."
