Power Plate now builds this as the Pulse 3.0, a later generation than the four-speed unit older listings describe. It has six ascending intensity levels, running at 1,300, 1,600, 1,900, 2,100, 2,400 and 2,800 vibrations per minute, with a 12 mm amplitude and a brushless motor. The handheld weighs 2.16 lb. Power Plate rates the battery at 6 hours on level 1 from a 2.5 hour charge, and the unit shuts itself off after 10 minutes.

Six massage attachments, a padded carrying case, an AC wall charging unit and two wall adapters come in the box. Charging is from the wall, so disregard any USB figure you have seen for this device. Power Plate publishes no dimensions for the Pulse, so we do not print a set. Hardware warranty is one year. For the larger muscle groups, the Power Plate Roller works over more surface at once.
