Sports Attack I-Hack Attack Baseball Pitching Machine

The I-Hack Attack runs a reengineered electronic system behind a 10" full-color touchscreen. Pitch type, velocity, spin and saved sequences are all selected on the screen, with the look and feel of a personal tablet. Sports Attack rates the machine at 100+ MPH from a 53" ball release point.

The three-wheel throwing head lets a hitter watch the ball through the feed, the acceleration and the release, so the stride cue and the release angle read the way they do off a live arm. Disengage the pitch locators and the same head pivots in any direction for fungo: 380 ft. fly balls, tailing line drives, top spin grounders and catcher's pop-ups.

A Three-Wheel Design the Hitter Can Read

The three-wheel layout leaves the ball in view through the feeding motion, the acceleration and the release, the way it stays in view off a live pitcher. The hitter picks up when to stride and at what angle the ball leaves. With the pitch locators disengaged, the head pivots instantly in any direction and the same machine covers the fungo card.

Running a Session From the 10" Touchscreen

The screen is the whole control surface. Pitch type, velocity and spin rate are set there, saved work is recalled there, and manual mode drops the operator straight onto the motor speeds when the pre-sets are not the pitch wanted. Sports Attack sizes the display at 10" and specifies it for readability in stadium sun, indoor facilities and under field lights.
