The Prime Plus is the Prime chassis with a second therapy wired into the head. Its Heated Percussive Plus attachment warms while it strikes, across three heat levels, and the same handle drives five massage speeds. Heat and percussion arrive at the muscle from one head, in one pass, without stopping to swap devices.

The head is also a socket. Every Theragun multi-therapy Plus Attachment fits the Prime Plus, so a Cold Plus or Vibration Plus attachment turns the same handle into a cold or vibration device later on. Those are sold separately. What ships in the box is the heated head plus three standard percussive heads, a USB-C cable, QuietForce Technology oil and a travel pouch.

Two settings, both on the handle

The Prime Plus has no screen. It has buttons and a row of LED indicators, one bank for massage speed and one for heat, and that is the whole interface. Five speeds and three heat levels are stepped through with a thumb while the device is still on the muscle. The Therabody app is optional and connects over Bluetooth for step-by-step guided routines and Coach AI recommendations.
