Theragun Relief Percussion Massager

Relief is the entry point to the Theragun range and the gentlest device in it. Its stroke is 10mm, the shortest Therabody builds, and it runs three speeds from a single button. Three heads ship with the Relief and each one has a job. The Standard Ball is the general head for quads, glutes and shoulders. The Dampener is soft, for anywhere thin-skinned or bony. The Thumb is the pointed head, listed by Therabody for the lower back and for trigger points. Swapping takes a second and needs no tool.
