"I love how easy it is to work. I'm 5 feet, female with severe osteoporosis and I'm able to use this on my own no problem. Perfect for my weight bearing routine, slim and unassuming on my office wall. Very happy!"
"This is a fantastic piece of equipment. It is well designed, , highly functional, and elegant. We have two in our home gym and my wife and I both use it for a variety of exercises. The operation is extremely smooth, and provides constant tension which is a great contrast to resistance bands. The adjustment dial is extremely easy to use, as is the sliding track for vertical repositioning. The ability to turn the unit upside down allows an even lower floor position for leg workouts. Having two enables two-armed exercises, but also permits doubling the resistance by linking them - which can be done side-by-side (with a short cable), or by having both units on the same track (see pics). This doesn't replace heavy weight workouts, but it isn't meant to. For range of motion, core-rotational, high rep, sports-oriented, and recovery exercises, this is absolutely perfect."
"Love it! So sleek and easy to use. I installed it on my own easily. The different attachments are awesome. My only issue is it is 30 lbs max, I wish it was at least 50 lbs."
"So far I'm loving this cable machine. Straightforward to install. Good levels of resistance. Compact cable machine for small spaces."
"I love this workout. It's perfect and helpful"
"Great product ! Better than expected and very solid !"
"This device is a good replacement for equipment that I used to use add a fitness center."
"The Adapt Cable Trainer uses tension rather than weights. It is easy to get in a 15 minute workout every day that helps me get in shape fo golf season. It is easy to increase tension and it is easy to raise and lower the device to work different muscles."
"One of the easiest ways to do low intensity exercises; especially for seniors and people who haven't worked out in a while and need to start slowly. The only reservation I have about the trainer is that the mounting requirements should be better explained on the websites (both Recovery for Athletes and on Impacts website). It really needs to be emphasized that it has to be mounted to a stud or other solid portion of the house with a wide open area around it. A lot of us don't have this situation available because of windows, doors and other furniture preventing this. Otherwise, once it's mounted, it's a great add to any home gym."
