Phenomenal customer service and follow up

"I have worked in the customer service industry for the past 15 years, have bough numerous items online and local with paid service but I have not witness such awesome customer service and care as show by this company. I have worked with Hayes, a CSR from RFA since I bought his treadmill. I paid for the in home certified assembly however the treadmill is over 700lbs. After numerous emails, and phone calls between myself and Hayes, he had the company hire an outside moving company to move the treadmill to my basement on their dime. I goes to show the level of dedication they have for the customers and I just want to say how much I appreciate their service in keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. When a company takes care of you from the beginning to make things right, I have no hesistation that they will go the extra mile for you when things go sideways."
