Chattanooga Triton DTS
Chattanooga Triton DTS w/ Advanced Accessory Package
The Chattanooga Triton DTS w/ Advanced Accessory Package is a traction package for lumbar and cervical work, built around the Triton DTS Traction Unit and its fully programmable pull patterns. The head comes with the QuikWrap DTS Belt Set and two knee bolsters. The Clinical Cervical Traction System with its clevis and the Stabilizer pressure biofeedback unit complete the set. The Saunders device pulls at the base of the occiput and saves hours of set-up time. The pull is programmable from 0 to 200 lb in 1 lb steps, across 80 stored protocols. The DTS head comes only inside the two Triton DTS packages.
No table comes with the package, and the head mounts on the traction arm of a Triton 6M or Triton 6E, or of a Galaxy TTET-300 or TTET-400, bought separately. Set against the Basic package, the Advanced adds exactly two parts, the cervical traction device and the Stabilizer, and everything else in the two boxes is identical. The cervical wedge sets 1.5 in. below the occipital bone. A clinician trained on the Triton traction heads runs this set, and the Stabilizer needs its own run-through before first use. Traction is contraindicated for a list that includes pregnancy, osteoporosis, joint instability of spine, vascular compromise and cardiac or pulmonary problems.
