"This is a beautiful piece of equipment, and ships almost completely assembled. You really only have to put the pulley/rope pieces and the carriage on the base in the right places. I wish Elina provided online instructions, though, so I could have saved a Recovery for Athletes customer service folks lot of time and energy trying to coordinate assembly that wasn't needed."
