The BodyKore G256 Full Squat Cage — also known as the Power Cage — provides a four-post, fully enclosed barbell training station for squats, bench press, overhead press, deadlifts, and accessory barbell movements. Adjustable J-hooks on all four uprights accommodate every standard barbell movement, and the safety spotter arms provide a catch system that allows solo lifting without a training partner. The integrated pull-up bar adds a vertical pulling option to the cage's exercise repertoire.
