Warranty Information

5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. This warranty covers parts, but does not cover labor.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc.
invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
▪ Use of lacquer or paints
▪ Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-
approved surfaces
▪ Outdoor applications
▪ Normal wear and tear or weathering
▪ Use of product not in accordance with instructions
▪ Worn out receptacle

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a
sauna environment.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1 year limited warranty.

The MX-K306-01 measures 64 by 44 by 75 inches, with the roof overhang adding 5.9 inches to the depth, over an interior of 58 by 39 by 68 inches. Seven Low EMF FAR infrared carbon heating panels heat it.

The K306 shell is the one Maxxus fit their fuller equipment list to. Bronze tinted tempered glass, interior and exterior LED control panels, an oversize interior chromotherapy system with red light therapy, exterior accent lighting and an FM radio alongside Bluetooth and MP3 input are all named in the feature list for this model.

The K306 Shell And What Maxxus Hang On It

The K306 is a wider cabinet with a longer equipment list than the J-series. Four items define it: the panel set, the bronze glass, the two control positions and the lighting.

Maxxus specify seven Low EMF FAR infrared carbon heating panels. Their manual rates that tier at an average of 5–10 mG measured about two inches from the heater panel. No near-infrared emitters are listed for this model, and Maxxus publish no wattage for any sauna they sell.

Seven Panels On The Low EMF Tier

Maxxus specify seven Low EMF FAR infrared carbon heating panels for the MX-K306-01. The Low EMF figure comes from their own owner's manual, which sets the tier at an average of 5 to 10 milligauss measured about two inches from the heater panel. Because no wattage is published for any Maxxus model, panel count and cabin size are the only figures available to compare on.

LED Panels Inside And Out, With An FM Tuner

Maxxus fit LED control panels both inside and outside this cabin. Audio is an FM radio with Bluetooth and an MP3 auxiliary connection running to built-in speakers. Maxxus specify no SD card slot and no USB port on any of their saunas; our own listing has claimed both and they have been removed.

Maxxus specify an oversize interior chromotherapy colour lighting system with a red light therapy feature for the K306, and list exterior accent lighting separately. The word Maxxus use is "oversize", and it sits in the feature list for this model. They attach no measurement to it, so we quote the term and go no further.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cabinet is 64" W × 44" D × 75" H, and Maxxus note that the roof overhang adds 5.9 inches to the depth. Measure the space at roof height as well as at floor level, particularly if the sauna is going into an alcove or under a shelf.
Full 3 person capacity, with an interior of 58" W × 39" D × 68" H — the widest interior of the six cabins in the set below. Maxxus publish no bench dimensions for any model, so we quote none.
This is a Low EMF model. Maxxus' owner's manual states that at about two inches from the heater panel, their Low EMF carbon heater panels range between an average of 5 mG and 10 mG, and the MX-K306-01 page repeats that range at 2 to 3 inches from the heating panels. If a lower tier matters to you, Maxxus build this same shell as a Near Zero EMF model.
More than the wood. This hemlock model carries interior and exterior LED control panels; the Canadian red cedar K306 is specified with an interior touch screen control panel and Maxxus list no exterior panel for it. The weights differ too: this sauna is 320 lbs assembled and 415 lbs shipped, while the cedar is 310 lbs assembled and 450 lbs shipped. Maxxus also list a roof vent here and none on the cedar page.
An FM radio with Bluetooth and an MP3 auxiliary connection, playing through built-in speakers. Maxxus specify no SD card slot and no USB port on any model they sell. Our own listing has carried both for years and we have removed them.
A bronze tinted tempered glass door. Maxxus specify a door only — no side windows — on this model and on every other model in their range. Any side-window claim you have seen from us on a Maxxus product was ours, and it has been corrected.
Free curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states, with free delivery damage insurance included. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access — long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex — with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that.
A dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI receptacle and breaker. Maxxus state on the product page that this is not a 220/240V appliance and that a certified electrician should be consulted. Recovery For Athletes recommends having that circuit confirmed by a licensed electrician before the sauna is delivered.
