Jugs Protector Blue Series Square Screen w/ Sock-Net Protective Screen

A 7 ft. by 7 ft. square panel with a 3 ft. Sock-Net in the middle. The sock catches and holds what you throw at it, so this screen does two jobs at once: it covers whoever stands behind it, and it gives a pitcher or an infielder a target that stops the ball dead. It is the Blue Series 7 ft. square panel, and the sock comes with it.

Frame and net are 1.5 in. diameter 1020 cold-rolled steel tubing at a 1.2 mm wall, bolted joints, 60 ply double-thick Dacron poly-E netting, and half-inch pearl-foam padding under blue vinyl. Facilities that put a screen through daily use should compare the Protector Series Square Screen with Sock-Net, which carries the same 3 ft. sock on a 2 mm frame with 691-90 ply netting. When the sock wears out before the frame does, Protector Blue Series replacement netting is cut in a Sock-Net size.
