KAATSU C-Series Hand-Crafted Leg AirBands for Blood Flow Restriction Training

The KAATSU C-Series Leg AirBands are hand-crafted, elastic, stretchable pneumatic bands designed for use with KAATSU C-series devices on the upper leg. Each band features a proprietary oval-shaped internal air bladder — a patented design that applies controlled pressure to the upper thigh without occluding or impeding arterial blood flow into the limb. This arterial-flow-preserving characteristic is unique to KAATSU equipment and is central to the technology's mechanism of action for both training and rehabilitation. All pressure delivery is governed by KAATSU's device algorithms, removing the guesswork and inconsistency of manually tightened cuffs.

The new-style Leg AirBands are lighter and more compact than previous generations, rolling up for easy storage and travel. They are compatible with the C5, C4, C3, Cycle 2.0, Nano, and M3. Available as a single band or a pair, in four sizes to fit upper legs from under 16 inches to over 26 inches in circumference.

Sizing — Legs

Small: Less than 16 inches (40 cm) circumference

Medium: 16–20 inches (40–51 cm) circumference

Large: 19–26 inches (49–66 cm) circumference

X-Large: 26–32 inches (66–81 cm) circumference

How to Measure

Legs: Sit on edge of a chair and measure circumference of upper leg as near to the top of the groin as possible. Round up to next whole number. If between sizes, choose the larger size.
