Don’t fret get it today- love my strider

"Love my stider-I admit some fear and trepidation about buying from recovery for athletes the deal seemed too good. But it was real. The strider was drop shipped from Keiser, there were confusing FedEx messages but I was able to contact recovery for athletes by email and got fast response. It took two weeks for delivery but delivered in excellent condition . Could not be happier."

"I have a Keiser M3 bike so I am familiar with this company and these products. Top priority for me was quiet and small foot print. This has both and it is silky smooth. I was concerned that the stride would feel too short but it does not. It feels great but I am only 5'-7." I think removing it from the box was harder than the assembly. I already had all the necessary tools so I did not purchase those. So far I have only had two problems and they were both USER error. A couple of times I have allowed my right knee to bow inward too far and I have bumped it on the tray and once I was not paying attention and my left foot slowly migrated to the left and off of the platform while I was working out. I am very happy with this elliptical and would for sure purchase it again from this company."

Great, solid machine

"So far so good with this. Seems like a very high quality machine. Wasn’t quite as easy to assemble as advertised but not too tough. My only wish is that you could adjust the incline or stride length but I know that would also probably expand the footprint and I wanted something smaller. Weighs about 200 pounds so have help getting it upstairs!"

Took a while, but it was well worth it!

"I want to do a quick shout out to customer service Patrick, he followed up with every email inquiry that I had in a timely manner and made sure I was up to date with where my order was at. The strider came weeks later than expected, but I was informed of the reasons when I ask. For the strider itself, its amazing. Relatively easy to assemble. We had a minor issue with the digital screen, but Keiser’s customer service was excellent and walked me through it. The machine itself works wonderfully now and is very quiet. It takes up the same amount of space as an exercise bike, but is a little difficult to move around around due to its height. That being said, we were aware of that when we bought it, so it was to be expected. Great option for the home gym. I highly recommend this brand and this site."
