Introducing the VHL Therapy Unit which combines vibration, heat and infrared light therapy to provide you with the ultimate relief after a hard day on the court.  Light enough to use anywhere.  Safe enough to use multiple times a day.

Healing is enhanced by supporting the damaged tissue, avoiding the painful activities and deliberately increasing blood flow and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the damaged tissue.  There is abundant information demonstrating that warmth and vibration increase blood flow.  And as opposed to ice which is initially used to reduce swelling, warmth is desired in the recovery phase. 

In addition to increased blood flow, both vibration and heat enhance desired effects on muscles by activating and relaxing tight muscles which further promotes improved flexibility, strength and mobility, and results in reduced pain.
