 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. This warranty covers parts, but does not cover labor.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc.
invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
▪ Use of lacquer or paints
▪ Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-
approved surfaces
▪ Outdoor applications
▪ Normal wear and tear or weathering
▪ Use of product not in accordance with instructions
▪ Worn out receptacle

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a
sauna environment.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1 year limited warranty.

Maxxus S-Line 1-Person Low EMF FAR Infrared Sauna — Canadian Hemlock

The S106-01 is the single-seat cabin in the Maxxus S-Line. Its exterior measures 39 inches wide by 36 inches deep and stands 75 inches tall, which puts a full-height infrared cabin into a corner of a spare room, a garage bay or a finished basement. Inside, Maxxus publish 35 by 32 inches with a 68-inch ceiling.

Maxxus specify seven Low EMF FAR infrared carbon heating panels for this cabin and rate the whole unit at 120V on a 15 amp plug-and-play connection, with a dedicated outlet recommended. The panel count is the same seven Maxxus publish for their two-person S206, and Maxxus publish no wattage for either, so we quote the count and leave it there.

Maxxus publish a short, exact feature list for the S106-01. These four entries carry most of the decision: the wood, the door, the heating tier and the circuit it runs on.

Maxxus specify seven Low EMF FAR infrared carbon heating panels for this one-person cabin. Their published figure for the Low EMF tier is an EMF range of 5–10 mG measured 2 to 3 inches from the heating panels. Maxxus put the ideal operating range at 118°F–132°F and the maximum at 140°F.

Maxxus publish an interior of 35" W × 32" D × 68" H and rate it at 1 person capacity. The exterior is 39" × 36" × 75". Maxxus publish no bench dimensions for any model in their range, so we do not quote a seat depth or height — ask us and we will request it from Golden Designs.
The manufacturer figures are an ideal operating range of 118°F–132°F and a maximum of 140°F. Maxxus give them for their infrared line rather than model by model, so there is no MX-S106-01-specific number to quote.
This cabin is in the Maxxus Low EMF tier. Maxxus state that their Low EMF carbon heater panels range between an average of 5 mG and 10 mG, measured about two inches from the heater panel; on the product listing they give the same range at 2 to 3 inches from the heating panels. That measuring distance is part of the claim, so we quote it every time. Maxxus publish no EMF figure for anything other than the carbon panels.
Maxxus specify seven FAR infrared carbon heating panels for the S106-01, which is the same count they publish for the two-person S206 cabin, and both run on 120V / 15 amp. Maxxus publish no wattage for any model, so there is nothing to reconcile the two counts against and we make no claim about heat output, warm-up time or coverage from the number. Seven is the count Maxxus state, and that is what we publish.
Maxxus specify 120V / 15 amp, non-GFCI, plug and play, with a dedicated outlet recommended. That is a standard household circuit, so no rewiring is normally involved. If you do not have a spare dedicated 15 amp outlet where the sauna will stand, have a licensed electrician add one — that is our recommendation, not a Maxxus requirement.
No. Maxxus specify these saunas for indoor installation only, and that condition is stated on the product listing and in the owner's manual. A basement, spare room, garage or finished attic is the right home for it; a deck or a covered patio is not.

The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access — long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex — with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that.
The S106-01 ships in 2 boxes and uses Maxxus' clasp-together assembly. The owner's manual states that two adults will be needed to assemble the sauna room, and that you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder. We do not quote an assembly time, because Maxxus do not publish one.
The Maxxus owner's manual gives a weight capacity of up to 300 lbs for a 1-person sauna model. The sauna itself weighs 250 lbs and ships at 300 lbs.
