NOHRD SlimBeam Multi-Use Cable Machine

The Butterfly Effect
The SlimBeam’s butterfly enables users to train using either one or two handles. Allowing exercises that focus on one or both sides of the body simultaneously. The butterfly can also be swivelled and set at any height. The SlimBeam’s cables run fluidly over the ball bearing wheels, providing a smooth and consistent feel.
Rubberized Weight Plates
As standard, SlimBeam models have a 75 kg weight stack. 14 x 5 kg weight plates, plus the base weight which is a further 5kg. Each oval-shape weight plate is individually rubberised with a black matt finish for durability and to reduce noise.

Cable Ratio 3:1 - 2:1 - 1:1
As standard, the SlimBeam is fitted with a 2:1 ratio cable to deliver a precise weight gradation and enable a handle extension length of 8 m. 3:1 and 1:1 ratio cables are also available. The maximum weight against your body of 12.5 kg (single extension) or 25 kg (double extension) is distributed over 15 rubberized weight plates, delivering an extremely precise and balanced weight gradation.

"While it took about 6 months to receive our machine (seemingly due to COVID), we were patient (for the most part…. we started to get a little worried it would never arrive). The timing actually was perfect with the completion of our home gym. It was not easy for my husband to put it all together so fair warning on that. It’s a beautiful machine and we are very happy with it."

"The ordering and delivery were great. Communication with the delivery service Saia was better than expected. They notified me 30 mins before arriving so I could make sure I was home during the delivery, so I did not have to take any time off from work and sit around at home wondering when they would be there. The product is great love the machine. Only a few minor little things the wood veneer over the casing had a slight little bubble. Since it's behind the front metal slide post it does not bother me much. Plus, it would seem like a hassle to reship the casing back. Also, the magnets for the pin broke. Now it does not lock in place. It was very difficult to pull the pin out with the magnet so not the biggest deal either. Assembly was very easy. I was able to put it together in one evening. Other than these two things the NOHrd Slimbeam was an excellent buy. Looks very beautiful and matches the rest of the woodwork in my gym."

The cable machine is great!
"The cable machine is great! We love it. However, when I was inquiring about purchasing it I wanted specific measurements with the pull up bar/ lat pull down attachment in place. The sales team wasn’t able to give me specific measurements on that. I voiced my concern that it may not fit in my space but never was told I couldn’t return the attachment and lat bar. Nothing is listed in the ad about all sales final on Nohrd products unless you read the FINE print. So this is my way of helping others avoid the same mistake. The cable machine fits fine but the lat bar attachment does not. When I called about this (I hadn’t received the bar yet but my husband determined the attachment (50$ extra) wouldn’t fit, I was told don’t worry once it arrives I’ll help you get it returned by the sales team. Once I received the bar and tried to contact the sales team about returning the bar and attachment THEN I was informed that all sales are final on Nohrd products. So now I just have 200$ of useless equipment sitting in my garage which I would have never purchased had I been warned of this prior to purchasing when I was asking the sales team for specific measurements and I voiced my concerns about it possibly not fitting."
