White glove delivery service uncrate the unit brings it inside sets everything up and make sure it’s working properly. Remote installation involves our lead tech doing a walk-through of the operations and confirming everything is working up to spec basically a quick on boarding call for technical operation with the customer.

On site install installation is basically the same thing done in person. Usually not worth having the tech fly out to do it in person because it’s pretty easy to have the White glove team connect everything and set it up and the walk-through with the technician usually only takes about 15 to 20 minutes so it doesn’t really make sense to have the tech fly or travel 6-7+ hours in a lot of cases or more to do a 15 minute process unless it’s a VIP or celebrity client or somebody that just wants to pay extra and is really demanding
