"I don’t know if it’s pure coincidence or if my back pain is affected by this device, but I have been using 2-3 times a day and it seems to relax me. I use option B which fills all compartments in order, holding them when filled. It seems to decompress exactly where I need it. The size chart was easy to read and follow, I didn’t have any issues getting the correct sizes. My only gripe, the air cord plug is very shallow. I’ve had it offset or pop out while going through the cycles. Otherwise I highly recommend. My wife and dad both tried it and loved how they felt after."
