Shipping & Delivery Information

Free Curbside Delivery

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts.  All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

SunRay Denali 4-Person Contemporary Outdoor Sauna with Harvia Heater

The Denali is the largest cabin in SunRay's outdoor traditional range and the one they describe as a modern look in a traditional outdoor sauna. The cabin is 72 inches wide by 62 deep and 89 high, and the interior — 68 by 58 inches under a 75-inch ceiling — carries a double sided bench seat on the back and left side wall.

SunRay build it from rustic red cedar with a sealed weatherproof finish and top it with a maintenance-free sloped metal roof, which they say is durable enough to withstand harsher climates. A 6 kW Harvia electric heater with rocks does the heating.

SunRay's contemporary outdoor cabins are a different specification from their hemlock models. Four choices define the Denali.

The Denali's silhouette is the point of it — SunRay's own framing is a modern look in a traditional outdoor sauna. The sloped metal roof spans 83 by 75 inches, wider and deeper than the 72 by 62 inch cabin it sits on, and SunRay describe it as maintenance-free and durable enough to withstand harsher climates. The Denali is the only cabin in SunRay's outdoor range with a double sided bench seat, running along the back wall and the left side wall. SunRay publish the bench as 68 inches long and 19 deep, inside a room 68 by 58 inches with a 75-inch ceiling, and describe the seating as ergonomic — built for laying down or sitting up.

6 kW Of Harvia, And The Kit To Use It

SunRay state the Harvia 6 kW electric heater will reach temperatures up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. Rocks come with it, and the sauna includes a cask and spoon for adding water to the heater stones, a hygrometer for measuring humidity levels and a sand timer for session length. Interior dome lighting shuts itself off.
