The dynamometer here is the K-Push in its Twin Handle configuration, and it is the only push unit in this listing. K-Push reads isometric strength through compression: the tester braces the sensor against the limb, the person drives into the contact pad, and two flat 50 kg load cells convert that push into a force figure. Kinvent publish a range up to 90 kg with an accuracy of 0.1 kg, and state the sensor was validated against an Electroforce testing system.

Alongside the K-Push sit three sensors that take force in by a different route. The K-Pull is anchored in line, so the tester never becomes the ceiling on the number, and Kinvent name the isometric mid-thigh pull and the Nordic hamstring test among its setups. The K-Grip returns peak grip force from a squeeze that takes two seconds, which Kinvent position as an indicator of neuromuscular function, fatigue level and rehabilitation progress. The K-Bubble reads controlled air pressure variation through an inflatable accessory, which is how a squeeze between the knees or a press behind the head becomes a force figure.

The K-Move is the only sensor in the bag that reports degrees rather than force. Kinvent publish accuracy better than 0.5 degrees with minimal drift over time, which is what lets a four-degree change between week one and week six be treated as a real change rather than measurement noise. A nine-degree-of-freedom inertial unit sits in the housing, combining an accelerometer, a gyroscope and a magnetometer, and the sensor records flexion, extension, abduction, adduction and rotation in a chosen anatomic plane.

The K-Force Plates are the one sensor here that reads a person standing on the floor while the other five load a limb. A pair of portable platforms measures vertical force under each foot and reports how a load is shared between the sides, with a capacity Kinvent list at up to approximately 600 kg per platform. That is why the same pair covers a quiet standing trial, a loaded squat and an isometric mid-thigh pull without swapping equipment. The duffle bag is the last item on the contents list and the reason the whole set can be taken to a second site.
