Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY
Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component which
in the judgment of Sauna Life is deemed defective in workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or changes to individual pieces of lumber due to natural aging and weathering are not covered. Sauna heaters and added components are not covered by this warranty.

ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

Ten inches of extra barrel diameter is where the ERGO Elegance line starts. The EE6G is built on an 87-inch interior barrel where every standard ERGO cabin uses 77, and that width is what allows a 20.5-inch bench depth in a cabin only 55 inches long.

The rest of the tier follows the same logic. Seating stock is specified as Thermo-Aspen (No Knots) on the Elegance spec sheet. The front glass is 8mm where the E-models are quoted at 5/16 inch. The cradles, the fascia boards and the front frame plywood all arrive painted black, and a Floor Kit is part of the supplied kit — no standard ERGO lists one. Shipping weight is 1,500 lbs.

Four Specs The E-Models Do Not Share

Elegance is a different barrel, a different glass thickness, a different bench depth and a longer included-items list. These are the four places the EE6G separates from a standard ERGO.

Interior dimensions are 55"L × 87" diameter, inside a 63"L × 91" shell. The diameter runs ten inches past every E-series cabin, which is what widens the seat and raises the ceiling over the bench.

Eighty-Seven Inches Of Glazed Circle

Head on, the EE6G is a black-framed disc of tempered bronze glass with the door set inside it. The frame behind that glass is the front frame plywood SaunaLife supplies painted black, and the glass itself is quoted at 8mm. The barrel is 87 inches across, so the glazed circle is ten inches wider than the front of any E-series cabin.

From behind, the EE6G is closed spruce under a black shingle roof. The parts that touch the ground and frame the roofline are painted black at the factory — the cradles and the fascia boards both appear that way on the included list. Lighting: one white LED light bar, Wi-Fi app-based operation, a wireless handheld remote and mounting cradle, a 90W power supply, a driver, a 30' light cable, three articulating mounting clips and three flush clips. Heater packages are sold separately and sit on this page above the Add to Cart button. Read the ft³ range printed against each package and pick the one that covers this cabin's interior volume.
Barrel material is Thermo-Spruce in full-length staves 1.65 inches thick, drawn together by stainless steel bands. The roof arc carries a black shingle kit, and the fascia boards that close its edges arrive painted black, as do the cradles the barrel rests on. 240V for the sauna heater and 120V for the interior and exterior lights. Because no heater ships with the EE6G, confirm the exact circuit rating against the heater you select. Sauna heater wiring should be run by a licensed electrician.
