Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY
Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component which
in the judgment of Sauna Life is deemed defective in workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. Prior to any return, contact Sauna Life at: Sauna Life, 511 Glenn Avenue, Wheeling, Illinois 60090, telephone number: (800) 957-2862, for packaging and shipping instructions and a return authorization number. expenses for removal, installation, or replacement of the sauna or its components are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or changes to individual pieces of lumber due to natural aging and weathering are not covered. Sauna heaters and added components are not covered by this warranty.

ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

SaunaLife G2 4-Person Outdoor Traditional Cabin Sauna

The G2 comes to you as a kit. One crate holds the Model G2 Outdoor Home Sauna Kit — full-length spruce staves at 1.65 inches, foundation beams, roofing felt, the glass door, the bench stock and the installation instructions — and the cabin goes together on your pad. Inside it measures 59 inches deep by 66 inches wide with 81 inches of headroom, and SaunaLife rates it for four bathers.

The roof runs on a slope. From the door side the cabin stands 92 inches tall; at the back it steps down to 85, across a 64-inch depth and a 72-inch width. Walls and ceiling are Nordic Spruce. Bench tops are knotless Aspen at 1.1 inches with 1-inch Aspen backrests, and the door is tempered clear glass, 66.6 by 27.2 inches, on a long handle that is metal outside and wood on the inside face.

The G2 is a build-it-yourself cabin, so the crate contents are the product. Four parts of that list decide what you end up with: the packing, the walls, the seating and the light bar.

SaunaLife gives the G2 two exterior heights because the roof falls across the depth of the cabin. Stand at the door and the wall reads 92 inches; walk around the back and it reads 85. The footprint stays 64 inches deep by 72 wide either way, and roofing felt covers the deck above.
