Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY
Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component which
in the judgment of Sauna Life is deemed defective in workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. Prior to any return, contact Sauna Life at: Sauna Life, 511 Glenn Avenue, Wheeling, Illinois 60090, telephone number: (800) 957-2862, for packaging and shipping instructions and a return authorization number. In addition, Sauna Life will require photographs of any defect and reserves the right to inspect or designate an agent to inspect any part that is claimed to be defective and covered by this warranty. expenses for removal, installation, or replacement of the sauna or its components are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or changes to individual pieces of lumber due to natural aging and weathering are not covered. Sauna heaters and added components are not covered by this warranty.

ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

Six seats, a square room, and a covered front step that is part of the building. The G4's foundation measures 97 inches deep, and a modifiable 16-1/2-inch porch is included in that number. At the roofline the cabin reaches 111-1/2 inches deep by 98 inches wide, eave to eave, which is where the overhang above the porch comes from.

It ships as a kit. Wall beams are premium Nordic Spruce at 1.75 inches, and the door and window arrive as prefabricated elements: a lockable door with keys at 31-1/2 by 74-13/16 inches carrying an aluminium exterior handle, and a window beside it at 30-1/8 by 74-13/16. Look at the G4 from the corner and the geometry explains itself. The foundation is 97 inches deep by 81-1/2 wide, with a modifiable 16-1/2-inch porch counted inside that depth. The roof carries on past it to 111-1/2 inches deep and 98 wide measured eave to eave, and drops from 97 inches at the front to 85 at the back.

Two Openings, Both 74-13/16 Inches Tall

Head-on, the G4 front reads as a matched pair because it very nearly is. The door measures 31-1/2 inches wide and the window 30-1/8, and both stand 74-13/16 inches tall. Both are prefabricated elements in the kit. The door locks, keys come with it, and the handle is aluminium outside with wood on the interior face.

"Don’t be fooled by the low price of this sauna - it’s very well made. Perfect cuts, very sturdy and took about 6-8 hours to put together by myself. Having a second person definitely helps. We decided to put an extra window in (not standard and ordered separately) for better views. Super happy with it!"
