Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY
Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component which
in the judgment of Sauna Life is deemed defective in workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

The W model puts the view behind you. SaunaLife supplies the E8W with a panoramic half-moon rear window, a curved pane filling the upper half of the wall that a base E8 leaves as solid spruce.

Everything forward of that wall is the standard six-person build. The cabin runs 78-1/2 inches inside a 77-inch barrel, staves are full-length Thermo-Spruce at 1.65 inches under stainless bands and a black shingle roof, and the front keeps its tempered bronze glass door in a spruce wall. Bench and backrest are 1.1-inch knot-free Thermo-Aspen, 17.8 inches deep, and the light bar is rated 18.69W. The rear window adds 22 lbs to the crate.

Seen from behind, the E8W splits at the waistline: spruce boards below, a single curved pane above that follows the arc of the barrel. That is the panoramic half-moon window SaunaLife names in the kit contents, and it is the one line separating this model from the base E8.

The cutaway puts the window in context. Bench and backrest run the length of the wall over a slatted lower deck, and the glazing sits at the end of that run, level with the heads of anyone sitting under it. Seating stock is 1.1-inch Thermo-Aspen with no knots on either surface.

In profile the E8W measures 87 inches long by 81 across. A black shingle kit covers the roof arc, spruce fascia boards close the edges, stainless steel bands cross the staves, and spruce cradles carry the barrel clear of the pad. A component SaunaLife supplies with the E8W kit, listed as a "Panoramic half-moon rear window." It glazes the upper arc of the rear wall — the surface a base E8 finishes in solid spruce — so the wall behind the bench is half boards and half window. It is the only item separating the two models on the included list.
Not the dimensions. Interior stays 78-1/2"L × 77" diameter and exterior stays 87"L × 81", identical to the E8. Weight moves a little: 1,367 lbs against 1,345 lbs, and the crate is one inch taller at 88"L × 44"W × 44"H.
