Free Curbside Delivery

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

Warranty Information

SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts.  All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

The Aston is the smallest cabin SunRay build for indoors: 54 inches wide, 36 inches deep and 80 inches tall, with a single side bench and a 4.5 kW Harvia electric heater. Inside, the room measures 50 by 32 inches with a 72-inch ceiling — a one-person sauna sized to sit against a wall in a basement, a spare room or the corner of a home gym.

SunRay build it from premium natural Canadian Cedar and describe the interior as combining lasting durability with timeless beauty, with a rich wood grain that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The cabin carries tempered glass, an upgraded door handle, interior dome lighting and an integrated ventilation system.

SunRay describe Harvia as recognized worldwide for quality, reliability and performance, and say the heater is engineered to reach temperatures up to 180°F. A water cask and spoon ship with the cabin so you can add water to the heater stones and set the humidity where you want it.

Light, Air And Instruments

Three fittings do the quiet work in the Aston. Interior dome lighting is fitted for what SunRay call a calming ambiance, an integrated ventilation system handles air circulation, and a thermo-hygrometer on the wall reads temperature and humidity so you can see what the cask is doing. A sand timer tracks the session.

With the cask and spoon that ship with the cabin. The heater holds stones; ladling water over them turns it to steam, which is how you raise humidity in a traditional sauna. The wall-mounted thermo-hygrometer shows you both the temperature and the humidity level, so you can work out how much water gets you where you want to be.
